( Hair fall/ Alopecia/ Greying – Ayurveda Treatment )
आज कल के समय में महिलाओ और पुरुषो में बालो का गिरना और टूटना एक आम समस्या है। बालों की समस्या आपकी सुंदरता को कम कर सकती है। विशेष रूप से आपके पतले बाल। जब आप ब्रश या कंघी करते हैं तो बहुत से बालों का गुच्छा हाथ में आ जाता है। बालों का झड़ना हमारे आत्मविश्वास को कमजोर कर सकता है।
बालो के गिरने और टूटने के पीछे कई कारण जैसे अनियमित खान पान, खाने में पौषक तत्वों की कमी, प्रदूषण, केमिकल का इस्तेमाल, इन्फेक्शन, हार्मोन्स का असंतुलन, दवाओं के साइड इफेक्ट्स, लापरवाही बरतना या बालों की सही देखभाल न होना, घटिया क्वालिटी के शैम्पू का प्रयोग, तनाव व अनुवांशिक कारण इत्यादि हो सकते है।
पर घबराने की जरूरत नहीं है। क्योंकि बालों की समस्याओं का आयुर्वेदिक उपाय मौजूद है।
In ancient Ayurvedic texts, three terms are used to describe the symptom of hair loss, such as – Indralupta, khalitya and ruhya. When hair falls suddenly it is known as indralupta [alopecia areata] while khalitya [balding] is a long-running process of hair fall. Ruhya affects the entire body [alopecia universalis].
Causes of hair loss-
– Family history (heredity). The most common cause of hair loss is a hereditary condition called male-pattern baldness or female-pattern baldness.
– Poor Diet
– Aging process
– Protein Deprivation during dieting
– Hormonal change- A variety of conditions can cause permanent or temporary hair loss, including hormonal changes due to pregnancy, childbirth, menopause, and thyroid problems ( Hypo/ Hyper ).
– Medical conditions –
– Alopecia areata, which causes patchy hair loss,
– Scalp infections such as ringworm,
– Trichotillomania, a hair-pulling disorder.
– Medications –
certain drugs, such as those used for – cancer, arthritis, depression, heart problems, gout, and high blood pressure.
– Stress – Many people experience a general thinning of hair several months after a physical or emotional shock.
– Certain hairstyles and hair treatments – Excessive hairstyling or hairstyles that pull your hair tight, can cause a type of hair loss called traction alopecia.
Hot oil hair treatments can cause inflammation of hair follicles that leads to hair loss.
Types of Hair Fall –
– Alopecia areata (इन्द्रलुप्त ) – Small circular or coin size bald patches on the scalp.
यह बालों का एक ऐसा रोग है, जिसमें बाल जगह-जगह से झड़ कर लगभग ख़त्म हो जाते हैं। ऐसा सिर से पैर तक कहीं भी हो सकता है ।
इस रोग में मुख्य विकृति होती है – रोग-प्रतिरोधक शक्ति में विकृति (Disturbed immunity) होना है ।
Types-
a. Alopecia totalis – अगर सिर के सारे बाल भी झड़ सकते हैं ,
b. Alopecia universalis – कभी शरीर के सारे बाल भी ।
T/t – भृंगराज, गन्धक, मधुयष्टी, आमलकी, ब्राह्मी, मुक्ताशुक्ति, यशद ।
– Traction Alopecia – Thinning from tight braids or ponytails
– Trichotillomania – The habit of twisting or pulling hair out
– Tinea Capitis – Fungal infection
– Secondary Syphilis
Diffuse Hair Loss –
– Pattern Alopecia –
– Drug Induced Alopecia
– Protein Malnutrition
– Systemic Disease – Induced alopecia
Treatment –
1. Hot oil massage slowly on your scalp with fingers ( coconut oil/almond oil -नारियल तेल/ भृंगराज तेल )
2. Onion juice (प्याज का रस) ext. use
3. Beetroot juice (चुकंदर का रस ) use in your diet
4. Green tea
5. Meditation
6. Amla (आँवला ), Lemon (नीम्बू ), Fenugreek (मेथी ), Coriandrum ( धनियां पेस्ट ) use
7. Neem (Indian Lilac) leaves or oil mask
8. Aloe vera use
9. Cinnamon (दालचीनी ) + honey + olive (जैतून ) oil paste
10. Indian Gooseberry (आँवला ) + Acacia concinna (शिकाकाई ) + Sapindus Mukorosi (रीठा ) powder ext. use
11. Eclipta Prostrata ( भृंगराज ) oil use
12. Rosemary (गुल मेहँदी ) oil
13. Egg White + Yoghurt (दही )
