Ship and Delivery Policy
Order Processing
- Order Confirmation: Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Please review your order details and notify us immediately if any changes are needed.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
- Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Shipping Options: We offer various shipping options to suit your needs, including standard, expedited, and overnight shipping. The estimated delivery time and cost for each option will be provided at checkout.
Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days
- Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Shipping Destinations
- We currently ship to addresses within India and international locations. International shipping charges and delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Shipping Restrictions: Some products may be subject to additional shipping restrictions and regulations. Please refer to the product page for specific information.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the progress of your shipment via the carrier's website.
- If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us with your order number and tracking information.
Delivery Issues
- Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
- Incorrect Addresses: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer.
International Shipping
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Ayurvedacare India is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
- International Delivery Times: International shipments are subject to longer transit times due to customs clearance processes. Please allow up to 21 business days for international deliveries.
